The screen shows the grade level, birthday, age, homeroom/advisory teacher, counselor, asst. principal, email addresses, phone numbers, and preferred language of students and their parents for your whole class. (Birthday, age, and homeroom/advisory teacher are not shown if your gradebook is set to College.)
The screen shows notes describing any special needs of students in your class, and optionally the Staff Notes too. The special needs are entered on the screen in Admin Mode by either the counselor or resource teacher.
