Lockers Index

Admins can automatically assign lockers to students, and optionally print the locker numbers and combinations on the student's , which is useful at the start of the year. Also you can look up a student's combination if they forget it. Each student can have one hall locker and one gym locker. (Not available for the Free version.)

The screen is where system admins (with the "Y" permission) define all the lockers for the school. Click the "Add Lockers" button, and enter the number range. You can add several number ranges, with prefixes or suffixes, like A100-A249, B100-B399, etc. Or you can copy a list a locker numbers and combinations from spreadsheet or text document and paste them into the text box on the webpage. (You may need to edit your data file in Excel to get the two columns you need in this order: locker number, combination.)

Any admin with the A2 permission can manually enter or update locker combinations if needed. Press the return key for rapid data entry. For keyed locks you may enter the serial number as the combination.

Click the "Assign" button to randomly assign all lockers to all students. (If some students already have lockers, it will not reassign their locker, so this is safe to use if you have a batch of new students.) Or click a student to assign their locker manually. The screen lists any students who still don't have a locker. At the end of the year, click the "Unassign" button to unassign all lockers.

Hall lockers and Gym lockers are listed separately, so use the menu to view each list.

The screen shows the locker number for the selected student, so you can look it up for them. Click the locker number to see the combination (admins must have the A2 permission for that). Also printing shows the locker number, and optionally the combination.

Teachers cannot see locker information.
