|Send Email (for Admins)|
Admins can send email messages to the entire student body, an individual student or parent, or any selected grade level or other group, plus staff. (Teachers have a different Email screen.)
Go to the screen to email Report Cards & Progress Reports.

Note: If you send announcements to Staff, it includes all staff at your school. To send messages to just select staff members, use your regular email system instead. Also note you cannot send one-click access links or report cards to staff, only announcements.
Click the button on the Announce > Email screen to see all the email messages sent to a particular student and their parents/contacts from all staff members, plus any automatic alerts. Note: Email messages are deleted after 12 months.
To view all the email sent by a particular teacher, access the teacher's account on the Setup Staff & Security > Staff Logins screen, then look at the screen in their account.
The Email Log highlights any messages bounced back because the address was invalid. Click the "Bounce Log" button to see bounced messages only (if they were sent by you in the past week). Note, it also erases the invalid email address from the student's record. The screen shows which email addresses were deleted recently.
