The average class grades are available on three different screens: The screen shows the median or mean average grade and a distribution graph of grades. (The statistics are for that specific section only.) The screen shows the mean score, range, and grade distribution graph for a specific assignment. The mean does not count missing assignments and other special marks. (It does count zeros unless you check "0 also means Missing" on the screen.) If other sections have the same assignment (with the same date), it shows statistics for both that specific section and all sections combined. The Info > screen includes the class median or mean for each grading period. For standards-based grading, this shows the class average for each objective. (The averages are for that specific section only.) |
