To manually rearrange the order of assignments, hold your mouse over an assignment and click the small triangles to left of the assignment, then click the row where you want it moved.

Sort by Date

To keep assignments sorted by date, click the word "Date" above the column.

Group by Category

To keep assignments sorted by Category, click the word "Category" above the column. The categories are sorted in the order they appear on the screen. You can still manually sort assignments within each category.

Note: This option has no effect when you are viewing "Last ten assignments", and of course it's not available if you're not using Categories.
