Gradebook pricing is based on the number of teachers who give grades. Anyone who doesn't give grades is included free, like resource teachers, counselors, administrators, TA's, students and parents.

No additional costs for tax or shipping. Technical support is included. Additional fees for custom integration. We accept purchase orders for orders of $200 or more. If you pay by credit/debit card or ACH, a transaction fee is added for orders of $900 or more. Volume pricing applies only within the same invoice. Price is in U.S. dollars. Licenses extend through summer, plus a grace period through Oct. 31.

Click the "Sign Up" tab above to get started now. Do this first, before ordering or paying. Everyone will be included in your group license automatically, so no one will need to reenter anything. You don't need to wait for us to set up anything for you. We recommend you have one person take responsibility as the system administrator to first import all your student data and rosters. It's not a problem if some teachers have already signed up, but it is easier if they wait till after the import.

for you to show your staff. It's easiest to have your staff sign up during your training session.

If you're not sure exactly how many licenses you'll need, you can wait till October to see how many have actually signed up, then request an invoice before the trial period ends Oct. 31. If you need additional licenses later, you can always use this page to request more.
